- Training of mayors and elected committees, with the support of the Fédération Mondiale Cités Unies et de la Région de Wallonie
- Organizing the dialog between the international and bilateral donors and the relevant NGOs (negotiations, preparation of agreements, national and international conferences)
- Organizing the first municipal conference on the municipalities of Mount Lebanon, after the war
- Preparing a credit system formula for small and middle enterprises (small producers)
- Setting up a Green Line enabling response to agricultures’ needs.

- Was consulted for the preparation of the Lebanese National Report at the summit of Johannesburg – Ministry of Foreign Affairs (March 1994 – August 1994)
- Was consulted for the project about Reconciliation between the suburbs of Beirut and the Palestinian camps, after the war – Droit et société, IDRC (April 1993 – January 1994)
