Our Vision

DMI seeks to create and promote programs pertaining to institutional development as well as sustainable development and equality of access to a range of social and economic sectors in developing economies

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop the potential of, and create synergies between, private sector organizations, central government units, local government administrations, non-governmental organizations, and donors. By developing their human and institutional resources, we enable the above actors to better communicate, design, and implement their mandates

Our Objectives

Provide our partners with necessary tools and capabilities to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of their daily operations
Furnish adequate, flexible, just in time, and just what’s needed human resource training and development activities according to our client’spreferences
Develop project design, implementation and evaluation skills of local government organizations and non-profits with a special emphasis on financial management and fund raising to maintain sustainability of organizationalactivities
Further develop and utilize our “Talent Bank” composed of a multitude of experts in different development concentrations, and make it available to needy consultancy firms, NGOs, central and local government organizations,and donor institutions.
